Our stay at Nobu was everything we hoped it would be. The understated elegance of the hotel was refreshing. The staff throughout the hotel was outstanding, our private concierge Jose made sure all our needs were met and more. Staff at all the restaurants were great but a special shoutout to the Pacifica manager and waiters.Spotless throughout, highly recommended!

The professionalism of the entire staff, starting with the check-in and check-out at the front desk, and continuing throughout my entire seven-day stay, with the pantry, gardeners, housekeeping, and the timeshare staff. However, the only problem I took away from it is that my taste buds for delicious cuisine are so high now that I sent my first class seating entree undisturbed.

"An incredible five-star experience at Nobu Los Cabos! The rooms are elegant and the atmosphere is perfectly serene. The highlight of our stay was our Ambassador, Ted Lima. Room was spotless staff was very helpful in every aspect. The room was spotless and they provide free water. The only thing to be aware is they don’t allow taxis into the premise to pick you up only to drop you off. If you’re leaving their property it has to be in their transportation service. That being said they provide excellent transportation services.
