"We were happy when we arrived until we went to our room. Our room was in a 4th floor and the building didn't have an elevator I asked the supervisor to moved us which they did. After we got to the room and finally rest I realized the room was full of mosquitoes. The hotel needs to do something about those mosquitoes in the room. The very good thing was the quality of food which was absolutely delicious. Miguel at the bar by the beach was Amazing friendly. "

"Love it, we enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely stay here again. The housekeeper took all the towels as she should, but, didn't replace the hand towels from the restroom. The next day we asked for an extra towel because there was 5 of us and she left us 4. We also asked for a hand towel. When we returned. Still no hand towels but 2 thin face towels. The last evening, she took the dirty towels and didn't replace any. We came back from the beach and we had to go ask for them from the lobby. We didn't let the towels situation get us down. Just sharing so everyone is aware. It happens. "

"Great resort but the entertainment can use some improvement"

"The renovations to the property are absolutely stunning. Huge difference from previous. The landscaping is gorgeous. My only issue is we’ve been coming to this resort for many years sometimes 2 to 3 times a year and within the last year or so the Starbucks that’s inside of the little market has doubled in price for drinks I went and purchased two grande iced caramel macchiato’s and my US price was $38.50. We went into town to Starbucks by the marina and drinks were normal price we actually ordered two Vente iced caramel macchiato’s and it was roughly US$15 like I mentioned already that years past drinks were normal price. It is truly outrageous how they’re charging that much for drinks. I get it’s a convenience of having it there, but they have never charged that much previously. Here’s a picture of what prices should be and you’re definitely not getting charged that."

"Staff was great, everything else wasn’t. We did not get the room we booked, gym was crowded, pool situation sucked. People go down and put towels on chairs at 7am and then show up around 12-1pm. There are signs that say you can’t leave your stuff unattended for more than 30 min but that’s not enforced. There was construction going on that was loud and annoying while at the pool. Food was ok. Overall just ok. Would not recommend and would not go back. "
