"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"Everything about casa de campo was amazing . Staff was the best and paid attention to every detail. The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever played and been on. Food was top tier. If you go SBG is an absolute must to eat dinner and watch the sunset. I highly recommend buying the all inclusive package because if you don’t , you will most definitely spend a lot more than you would plan on. Bring plenty of cash to tip. "

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der bemängelte Komfort entspricht natürlich der Preislage (Sehr wenig Wasserdruck, häufig Stromausfall). Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist absolut OK.
Leider ist die Ortschaft und ihre Infrastruktur nicht sehr interessant (überteuert, alles voller Müll).
Unterkunft kann ich aber sehr empfehlen."

"El personal fue muy amable y servicial, más que otros hoteles donde me he hospedado. La comida en términos generales era muy buena y no se necesitaba reservación para los restaurantes. De igual forma, en la habitación habían algunos detalles para los huéspedes que valoramos. En términos generales la estadía fue muy buena. Por otro lado, entiendo que un punto a mejorar serían los snacks que se brindan, para que haya más variedad. "

"The resort was AMAZING! We had such a wonderful time. The beach was crystal clear, a little cold when you first step in but afterwards exquisite! Our butler was the BEST, Juan Alejandro, he was so so helpful to us. If we needed a special arrangement he took care of it, we needed lounge chairs and the beach, he took care of it, when we wanted to reserve Bali beds, he took care of it. "Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....
