"The spa is severely understaffed. Was there 5 nights could not get a massage they had no therapist, could not get a facial or manicure because they only have one tech. The men's side of the spa was down completely. But outside of the spa the hotel was wonderful. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Property was well maintained and clean. bed was comfortable, friendly staff. Only issue was having room next to elevator and heard mechanical noises like banging during the night. Great location for nearby restaurants, shopping, even walkable. Also great place to stay to catch park and ride buses to Balloon Fiesta. Only a short distance to Coronado Center which is also a shopping mall."
