"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!"

"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained...

"La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir"

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. Whilst the hotel isn’t your normal all-inclusive, the staff are excellent, and the hotel itself is situated right next to a beautiful rugged coastline. "Absolutely spotlessly clean room cleaning staff are very helpful 👍. The staff are all very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you have a problem it's sorted out. The whole place is spotlessly clean all the time with the ground staff. That's i will be going back and back again."
