"Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. "Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Das geräumige Bungalow war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Großes bequemes Bett. Die Küche hatte ebenfalls alles für kleinere Mahlzeiten. Nespresso Maschine vorhanden! Wir hatten nur Abendessen im Hotel. Die Auswahl war riesig und an jedem Wochentag gab es ein anderes Motto, z.B. Kanarische Küche oder arabische Küche. Die Anlage war extrem gepflegt und es wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Kinderanimation war hervorragend, die Kinder haben es geliebt. Kommen gerne wieder."

"De kamer waar wij in verbleven was superschoon! Bij binnenkomst rook de kamer fris. Het personeel is superaardig hier. Ondanks sommige schoonmakers geen Engels kunnen, doen zij er toch van alles aan om je wat te vertellen zoals of ze onze kamer mogen schoonmaken. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid: brood, ei, fruit, yoghurt, melk, van alles eigenlijk. Al en al, een top verblijf!"

"Fantastic stay at the Lava Beach hotel. The 5 star rating is truly justified. Rooms were large and well finished, robes and slipper included. Spa facility for massage was great and worth the extra money. Restaurants in 200m either direction if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the Cava was a nice touch. Drinks and bar snacks were all responsibly priced and the piano bar had live enetertainment everynight which was great for a night cap. Will definitely come...

"Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed! Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked with helpful staff. Pool area were nice and the lower sundeck away from the pool was lovely with big double sunbeds and very quiet. Great location as 5 min walk from old town and shopping area with Zara etc Would definitely stay here again. Only slight disappointment was the evening meal options but didn’t affect us as we preferred to eat out but tried it once as had half board but wasn’t very good."
