Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"My husband and I stayed here for a getaway. When we arrived Friday, we didn’t immediately notice the issues, but by the next day we found leftover food in the refrigerator that clearly was not ours, including a spilled milkshake that had not been cleaned up.
