"The first issue we had was with the online registration form, which was sent the evening before we checked in. Since we were traveling, we had spotty WiFi and were unable to complete the form. When I arrived, there were 2 women behind the desk. Neither greeted me. One was not busy so I asked her how to handle check in and parking since the form wasn’t complete. "We are actually Wyndham Access Timeshare owners and needed to add on to our stay. We love this property as our child went to a nearby university and have stayed several times. We love the location; the rooms are always clean and well taken care of. Staff is friendly. My only comment is that SMOKING and VAPING should be enforced by the pool.
