"Lobby had a terrible odor, dead bugs in room and toilet, room hot, and a lot of crawling noise throughout the night"

"The room we stayed in had a terrible mildew smell. These rooms could really use a refresh of the carpet or a clean of the AC units because the smell is very strong. The room was not very clean as we found several areas that had not been cleaned. Thankfully the bed seemed fine and it was comfortable and we were only there for one night. Breakfast seemed decent and the courtyard was pretty. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"Nice and clean. Friendly staff"

"Everything was perfect"

"Staff was rude. Very loud outside."

"The bathroom in my room was awful. The floor looked awful, the baseboards looked awful, and the sink had a permanent stain"

"The lack of functional ice machines was disappointing. The instructions giving by the front desk could have been better/made more clear to understand how to come from the 5th floor to the first floor to find a functional ice machine. Simply taking a moment to physically show me the location when they weren't busy would've spoken volumes with their customer service. I understand they are under new management. One thing that goes a long way thats absolutely costless is customer service."

"Great location, only a short drive from tourist spots but away from it all for a good night of sleep. We Will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you"
