"Nice clean room"

"This property is close to the expressway hence easy access as well as some unavoidable road noise. Plenty of on-site free parking. Airport is short drive away. There's a pool and gym. Coffee is available at the lobby. Rooms with locker, fridge, but no coffee machine. Beds are with nice mattress and clean sheets. Breakfast is Continental. Has good amount of seating area in the lobby. Staff is OK, but didn't find that welcoming."

"Close to the Expo Center. Very easy to get too. Neighborhood not the greatest."

"The staff was very friendly upon check in. Unfortunately the odd numbered rooms are facing the interstate and the hotel has done nothing to mitigate the sound from the interstate. In fact it sounded as though we were sleeping with the windows open, which we were not. Also, the room phone Rand multiple times between 4:00 am and 5:30 am."

"Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"We were in town for a concert. Venue was 1.5 miles away. Hotel was clean, great staff, plenty of free parking and convenient snack purchase availability. Two social areas with TV's and bar available. Great to watch Final game of NBA and cheer along with complete strangers!!"

"The breakfast was outstanding for a hotel offered free breakfast. My only comment would be to include more pastries. The room was great, big , clean and definitely served the needs of 3 adults. The free parking was easy with always enough spaces, and especially we liked the proximity to Churchill Downs racetrack. The staff always had a smile on their face and answered all questions, The only drawback is there are no really good eating places nearby. You definitely have to drive a bit to get to...

"Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy."
