"Staff was curious, room was clean though we had to kill small lizard which had crawed a cross our bed. Our only issue was the bed. It was old and huut our back after being there for only 2 days. The other issue is location. This hotel is off the beaten path. The cab driver had a hard time finding it initially. Took us 20 - 25 minutes to get to the ⛱ beach. Great price but the location to the beach a concern. "

"The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach...

"When we come to Aruba we usually stay Marriott. This time we decided to try Joia. It’s a new hotel. But that’s where the good things stopped. If you come to the beach too early no umbrellas or chairs are put out. Usually they’re starting to do that after 8-8:30 am. Also, if you didn’t come early enough the staff puts towels on the chairs claiming it’s for members only. So if that’s the case it should be advertised as such hotel. For members of some club only. Apparently if you paid $1,000.00...

"We had a great time. We were there for three weeks. The pool was beautiful warm and clean the properties. Very pretty many plantings everywhere. Even the animals hung around once in a while. We’re very friendly purring cat on your lap on vacation is kind of cool. Our host Barbara was very attentive to our needs and questions about Aruba. It was a quick half hour walk to town and the closest beaches. If you wanted to go farther, it was very easy to get a cab or jump on the Aruba bus. There are...
