"It was good for one night only. An old best western with a little spruce. Small lobby. More of a motel than true Marriott brand quality. Staff was lovely. Air conditioning was loud and old style. CITGO across the street. Room was clean. Has fridge and microwave."

"We enjoyed the property. It was convenient to our event. Quiet as well! The only negative was breakfast was over at 10am on a Sunday? We didn't get from our event until 12:30. Sleeping in was the priority."

"The clerk that checked us in was very helpful and nice. The floor in our room was very dirty. I took a towel and rubbed on the floor and it was black, needless to say, I did not walk around in bare feet. We left our car and took the shuttle to the airport. The way to the airport was great, but a long wait for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, we had to call twice. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful when he arrived."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte at the Northlake property. We received a warm greeting from the friendly staff at the check in desk. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free dinner buffet had a large selection of good food, and we were given a ticket for 2 free alcoholic beverages. The staff in the dining area were also friendly and so accommodating. The next morning there was a free breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. We didn’t...

"There was renovation on the floor we were on, but the crew was courteous, kept the area clean, and did not start early or end late. The new colors look great! Great location and easy to access the highway! Would recommend!"
