"Actually awful they charge a secret secret property fee, the ceilings are peeling the bathrooms are molding the closet smelled like mildew the only reason I stayed there is because it looked cute and historic that does not mean poorly maintained. Also the extra property fee they don’t tell you about that seems to be charged as a holding fee but it’s not they say it’s in the super fine print I don’t see anywhere on expedias end about this fee. "This hotel has pros and cons. It could be a good hotel choice if you are ok with the cons.
Cons -
-After closing the door to our room we discovered that it was unlocked for several minutes before automatically locking. This is a security flaw which we discovered. We waited in the hall until we heard the door lock before leaving.
-One tiny quart sized ice maker on a counter in a common area for the entire hotel. This was always empty.
-No room service, nobody will come to clean the room or...

"CONS: AC was barely able to keep the room cool, but it WAS over 100⁰ outside. The restaurant and social club were both closed for remodeling, which I don't think was mentioned on the website. The bathroom lights and shower controls were needlessly overcomplicated. The pool was restricted to 16 people and they were very (VERY) strict about this. It became a running joke among the pool-goers.
PROS: Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good with lots of stuff to do around the area....

"Great hotel located close to SoHo, Bowery, Chinatown, and NoLita. Great views from upper floors. Rooms are nice, the king suite deluxe is highly recommended. 3 blocks from subway and you can get anywhere.

"Selected this hotel because it was close to my daughter's apartment and pictures looked nice online. It exceeded our expectations. Even nicer in person. Rooms are tight (but that's not unusual for NYC) but very nice with high end finishes. Had lunch in the restaurant, which was lovely and the bar had great drinks and service. Also, as an added benefit, located directly across the street from Taverna di Bacco, an Italian restaurant that was excellent! Also across from the famous Katz's Deli."

"Me and my husband stayed here for the 4th of July. 2 nights. It was a nice little cute hotel, I didn’t expect it to be that small but it was nice. The staff were super friendly and nice. We were there 5 hours early he let us leave our stuff use the bathroom and sit in the lobby. The room had adjustable ac. Nice terrace on the 7th floor. Lots of stores near by. The room was clean but when you shower condensation from the shower gets everywhere in the room. I would most likely probably stay here...
