"This is the second stay at the Hotel! We booked both stays thru Expedia and were very pleased with ease and value!
As for the hotel both stays were perfect, easy fast check-in and were able to request rooms that were on higher floor for views! Staff were attentive and very helpful!
Can’t say a negative thing about the hotel! It was also centrally located for our stays!
Spoke with the manager to give him our thanks!
Will definitely stay again!
Thank you!"

"Awesome location within easy walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39 and
Pier 33 (Alcatraz ferry). Comfy spacious rooms. Secure underground parking. Buffett breakfast was fantastic…lots of choices, good quality food, and they moved a lot of people through in a short period of time! Nice pool area also, with loungers, patio chairs/tables, and also fireplace seating with comfy chairs/sofas. The fireplace areas outside the main lobby doors were really nice, too! Would definitely stay...

"Problem is, we were not notified of construction. Would have been fine, but our room was literally right next to where they were working on it, so at 7 o’clock in the morning they were banging on pipes. Then got up to go use the restroom, and our window was open a little bit, and the workers were literally right there. Also, had my do not disturb on the door, yet room service knocked on our door at 8 am."

"En general el hotel esta muy bien, es un hotel aun que parece por fuera algo ya viejo sin embargo tienen buena limpieza y si vas para visitar san francisco y para dormir mas que suficiente. Especialmente cuando las tarifas de los otros hoteles son altas este hotel es buena opción. Tiene estacionamiento gratis lo cual es excelente, el personal de recepción puede ser un poco mas amable y menos estricto, de ahi en fuera si no eres alguien que necesita un super hotel con lujos con este hotel es mas...

"The sheets had distinct shoe prints on them, towels were dirty, construction was impossible to get around with luggage and everything taped off or a hazard zone in the entrance and exit. Staff was rude, parking was expensive. The view was nice being on the top floor. We liked that we could bike anywhere. Chinatown was close by. The hotel isn’t the best but the location is great."

"Nice hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf which was nice. There is a pool which was nice to have after walking around all day.
Parking is expensive on site but there really was not a lot of options so you just have to expect it.
We were originally placed in a room on the first floor which as awful. There was a homeless person sleeping outside our room near our window and there was a dog barking non-stop in the room next to us.
We requested a move to another room which they...
