"The rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast could have been better only downside I really seen was the pool was not up and running which was a bummer for me and my family but overall our stay was good"

"We love Embassy Suites, but this one was our least favorite so far. The bed was painfully hard/low quality, the breakfast food was sub-par, the welcome reception was sloooow (only had one guy making drinks and they ran out of most snacks without refilling), the hot tub was lukewarm, and the pool was dirty (couldn't see the bottom) and filled with waaaaaaay too many kids (which is not in their control, but someone told me it was like that all the time). Not as relaxing as we had hoped."

"Room smelled, manager was very rude, did not address the concerns instead he felt insulted, sadly his employees were standoffish, did not try food as we did a check out an hour later. Pool was green so with that being said it was enough for us to leave as it was a staycation for the family to relax and enjoy a clean hotel! Never again! I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry, but manager needs to address the concerns of a customer instead of being rude. But like he said, “I guess a customer is always right!” When refunding me back for one night he made sure to charge me another night. Just wow! "
