"Upon arrival, the rivaling door was a Manuel push verse automatically rotating. Pulling luggage, bags in hand, this was very inconvenient. Upon check in, there was only one person who was busy helping a customer on the phone. It felt extremely understaffed. Requesting for new towels required us to go to the front desk. The overall hotel was fine. The location was not convenient."

"One thing I always look for, book for and am willing to pay more for is the hot tub. The pictures when booking made it look like a very nice pool area with a nice round hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was a construction zone, and there was no warning at all. Very disappointing. Also, the breakfast options were much to expensive for what was offered. The room was laid out nicely, but was old and not well kept. The shower was dripping and the shower floor was slimy, so I couldn't use it. The...

"Upon entering the establishment, staff was very pleasant as they greeted us, the person who checked us in (Janica) was very helpful, got us all checked in and informed us of info we may need during our stay room was nice clean and beautiful, bed comfy, we ate dinner at the restaurant adjacent the front desk and it was divine! Would definitely stay here again."

"Very far from most popular activities. It was an okay stay but the room had a weird scent, so did the towels and overall everything just appeared dingy. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but it’s most definitely not the worst hotel I ever been in. The breakfast was not bad and the staff were nice."
