"Beds were not made after first night. Water pressure las low "

"During breakfast one of the ladies turned off the lights and shut everything down early while my family was in the middle of fixing their breakfast. She started arguing with my family member and then threw away her food that was in the toaster. Mind you other guests were destroying the dining hall but that wasn’t us. We waited our turn to fix our plates got down there with 20 mins to spare and we were still disrespected. We asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times and no one ever reached out...

"First was an unexpected $50 deposit which was disappointing, but we did recover the deposit about an hour after checkout. Second, the Pictures on Expedia showed our room with a sleeper futon. There wasn’t one. Booked this room because of the extra space, but we made it work. Staff was helpful otherwise. Room was not top notch, but location was great."

"The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. "

"My experience at residence Inn was not very good. First of all. They made me wait for a very long time for a room and stated that their cleaning person had quit and there was someone new and they were taking forever, then they put me in a room next to some body who was very noisy hanging outside talking very loudly so I asked to move. I had to wait over an hour for another room then I get to the room my towels were stained and dirty, so I had to give them back and ask them for some clean white...

"The room was spacious and clean and overall good. The only negatives I had was you can hear all the noise from the highway and the red light constantly made noise that we could hear from our room. The hotel is not in that great of an area and there are homeless people all around there but for the price it was good. "
