Hotel dekat Lucas Memorial

"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a good range of food items. Room is compact and comfy with a handy kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hob, sink and dishwasher. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely spacious room. Very clean spacious bathroom. Great TV. Water in the fridge."

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

"The staff very friendly, rooms large 2 x double beds. Superb breakfast. Very close new street station. Highly recommended"

"Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend."

"Lovely modern room, good quality Dove toiliteries. TV very modern. Fantastic breakfast"

"overall good"

"No issues at all, easy, great location"

"Room 207 had a pretty bad smell in the bathroom when we arrived. Seemed to get worse overnight. Didn't complain as was only there for one night ? Bad drain smell?"

"Basic accommodation which is reflected in the price of the stay, so I would recommend on this basis."

"Lamp on desk not working, tissue box falling off wall, top cap on shower door kept falling off. Mattress topper was too small and not placed over top of bed so we had to strip bed and fix- mattress topper and mattress stained. Told when booked disabled parking was free yet charged £15"

"Lovely place to stay and handy for the city centre. Nice cheap parking right next door too!"

"Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist"

"Modern hotel, clean, high standards, very comfortable. All Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Ameneties - only gave 4 star as would have been great to have more light lunch or dinner options in their dining area. Advise to take your own shower gel and shampoo as they have standard one provided. Overall excellent, will stay here again."
