"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. The bed was comfortable, and there was a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and professional. "This is my lovely place to stay one day and relax. Great service ever! They changed my room when I asked a room with balcony. No any questions. And after 10 min manager came to my room with new room keys! Amazing level customer orientation. I love the restaurant inside. All dish are very tasty and serving is wonderful. Also love the territory. It’s big and full of trees and flowers! My recommendation!"

"The property was nice, clean and in a very convenient location. The employees were really nice and helpful. In fact, when we asked to leave earlier than we originally booked at a non cancellable deal, the hotel manager approved it with no problem. I will go back there any time I’m in LA."
