"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"This used to be a favorite hotel. The clientele is disgusting and cheap and weird. The bar once glamorous feels like a sleazy bad 80’s film without the cleanliness. My suite had construction and a non existent closet but it was large. It had a view of a parking lot. It was $4k a night. I moved to a full bungalow and those too were a bit badly in need of updates- ventilation and WiFi spotty. Cannot wait to see the upcoming refresh. "We had three rooms reserved and two had A/C problems. Everyone had to figure out finding another room at a different hotel since they didn’t have any rooms available. Hotel should have notified us in advance so we could have figured other accommodations and stay at same hotel. I had asked for front desk to get manager to call me but no one called. Rooms are not maintained at all and have a musty smell."
