"Ukuran kamar besar dan bersih. Service bagus."

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

"I loved the room and the neighborhood"

"Todo excelente"

"Whew! Sitting here enjoying breakfast, and I just have to say, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is absolutely captivating! From START to FINISH, the service has been impeccable. Every single staff member has been top-notch, which, as a person of color, I don’t always experience when staying at luxury hotels. But here? I have felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and treated exceptionally well throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The...

"La ubicación es perfecta, las camas son súper ricas, el personal muy amable, es perfecto"

"Could have been a great spot however the staff lacked awareness. The first morning when we were getting ready at 8 am one of the staff members opened our door and walked into our room un announced. I had to run up to the door in order to prevent them from walking all the way in on my girlfriend who was getting ready for the day. When I confronted who walked in I asked them if they worked there because they did not identify themselves and merely just tried to walk away. I immediately called down...

"Helpful staff but water power in shower terrible My original queen room was minuscule and far from the 300sqft advertised more like 150sqft if that"

"Loved the location of this hotel - very close the Groves and to the filming of Dancing with the Stars which we were seeing. Good food choices are also within walking distance. Room was clean. Parking was easy. Price was not bad consider LA hotel rates. Would stay here again."

"The lobby is the only thing renovated at this property. I was excited initially at check in as the concierge said there was an upgrade available for us…. We had to move rooms twice. The first room was musky & dirty with pee all over the toilet. Second room, the carpets were wet and the room had a terrible sweet moldy smell. The staff were very kind and attentive but at this price the room quality was unacceptable. Do not recommend staying here sadly"

"Great spot"

"Location was perfect just across from the Peninsula Hotel and walking distance to all in Beverly Hills"
