"This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. "

"The location was perfect - just one block from the beach with stunning views of the park, beach, skyline and sunsets. The property was super clean, and the newly renovated rooms are nicely laid out and have everything needed. The hotel location is just off the strip, so quieter and perhaps a little less busy. The staff was very friendly and worked to make our stay exceptional. Loved the extra water they brought every day and the evening turn-down service. Overall, I would highly recommend this...

"Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our experience enjoyable. The room was also comfortable and the amenities met my expectations. "The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a two queen ocean view room and it really was so worth it. This type of place is usually not in my price range however I did splurge on this place for my daughter and I’s first time in Hawaii. "The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. "Noisy rooms, dated property, crappy restaurants and “bakery” with machine made coffee drinks, too busy for available space and amenities, all staff unfriendly (except housekeeper who was friendly), lines everywhere, including starting at 6am to get chairs. Overall not at all what we expected from a “resort.” If coming to Waikiki, keep looking for a different property."

"Clean rooms, nice pool and outdoor bar. It just didn’t have access to the beach because the boat marina is directly behind the property but you could walk a bit to get to the beach. Complimentary water every day was awesome!"
