Rooms were small for 4 adults but updated and clean. Staff told us about new fees for Venice so look ahead because they are half price if you book 5 days ahead. "Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"Hotel is conveniently located at the terminus of line 2 of the vaporetto, so it takes about 25 minutes to get to the tourist hot spots. It suited us as we prefer to be away from the noise and crowds at night. There isn’t anything around the area so if you want to be close to the vibrant nightlife of Venice, I’d suggest looking at other options.
