"very elegant hotel. great architecture. NO beach really very narrow- and no chairs on the beach (not sure why). food for meals limited. if you want to sit on a beach this is not good. we did not have hot water for a few days and they were not that helpful. but still a 5 star experience"

"The food is horrible, in the buffet and the restaurants. In order to get our room cleaned we had to ask the butler and then he would send someone. We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the side. The staff all looked over worked, the servers, the chef. They only opened 2 restaurants per night and even close the buffet some nights. Our butler made our stay as comfortable as he could,...
