"This was my favorite place I stayed during my trip to Italy. The rooms were charming, clean, and well appointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The grounds were beautiful, and the location right across from the beach on the Adriatic was wonderful. If you are visiting Venice, I highly recommend it. "

"Perfectly situated near St Mark’s Square and very easy to get to from the airport. Giovanni and the staff are lovely. "

"We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "

"Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay."

"La casa è piacevole anche se non modernissima, alcune migliorie da apportare quali il portoncino di ingresso, il bagno non dotato di bidet, ne di doccino. per il resto molto silenziosa e vicinissima alla stazione actv del vaporetto. "

"Desafortunadamente el servicio fue malo porque no es clara la información que te mandan y cuando llegue a Venecia, estaba en el departamento que alquile y llame a un teléfono que tenía y me dijeron que tenía que regresarme por la llave y gaste más dinero en la transportación. "
