"Fabulous hotel, great value for such a luxury experience. Being only 15 mins away by boat from central Venice makes it the right choice. After hot days strolling the city, to arrive back at the hotel and take a cool swim in the excellent pool made all the difference. Great roof top restaurant with incredible views of the city and lagoon, superb breakfast on a lovely cool terrace, very nice outside bar serving perfect cocktails, lovely room that needed nothing. "Line 2 public water bus/ boat from train station to this property. 30 minutes /10 dollar boat ride plus 2 minutes walk.much easier than I thought. Great location for Venice attractions, clean , comfortable , and easy boat back to train station . Would stay this place if Venice again in the future."

"The air conditioning worked well, and staff was very helpful. Check in was at a different hotel and it’s a few minutes walk after you check in, with a steep flight of stairs. The canal view was a little hard to see unless you were leaning out the window. But other than that no complaints."
