"Shower was cold. After 10 mins of running the water, finally got to a somewhat warm temp, but still not what I would consider an adequate temperature for showering. Carpet in room was full of stains. Hotel room and bathroom were desperately in need of an overhaul. Staff was good, initial room had a smoke alarm that was chirping every 30 seconds. Front desk staff graciously changed our room without incident. "

"Our first room smelled damp and musty, there was mold on the window frame. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. I tried to stay there for a couple of hours but started to get a headache. The desk clerk was very helpful and changed us immediately to another room. The second room was better but we would not stay at that hotel again. It is way overpriced for the type of rooms listed. Very basic rooms, no coffee pot, etc."

"Brand new mattresses, so comfy. Suite was very big. Large, clean washroom. Lots of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was opening day for the hotel but the restaurant wasn’t open yet. Our only complaint was that the floors squeaked so we could hear the people above quite a bit. "

"Check in power went out at 8pm never came back on till 2.30 am was offered a flash light nothing else I would have expected some sort of discount or free breakfast was offered nothing won't stay there again"
