"We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice"

"The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful."

"First booked me into a room that was clearly occupied..Just glad no one was there Then rebooked me into a room with no toilet paper, nasty tub, tv was messed up aaaannnd I left after I saw roaches coming out of crevices.. This place in particular fell hard from grace... Feel like I need to be sterilized after being there"

"The staff was prompt and polite but the facility was a little run down. The elevator door had graffiti carved into it. There were places on the walls that looked like the wall paper had been sliced into and the toilet seat had dark stains on it. Also the hotel said no smoking but I smelled the strong stench of weed more than once in the hallway. To be honest the stay was okay but if you're looking for a place to feel comfortable, I wouldn't recommend staying at this location."

"Nice place great breakfast loved the fruit bar and oatmeal. Lots of options. I was surprised they made French toast. Coffee really good and fresh. Scrambled eggs and sausage pretty yummy 😋 aa well. All the staff super friendly. Loved that check out Is at 12:00pm not 11:00am like most hotels. Swimming pool and outside patio very refreshing!"

"Our stay was fine. However, we were not told in advance that its a $50.00 fee for our dog to spend the night. When I read a brief review of hotel it said it was pet friendly."

"A nice area, although the traffic is a crush. Free parking, walked to Applebees Restaurant across the parking lot. Breakfast was middle of the road, waffles and eggs primarily (not bad, not great). Staff were nice."

"Breakfast was fresh with variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. No loud noises or distractions everyone respectable of sleep hours. The overall property is surrounded by different amenities, restaurants and stores. Hotel is in a very great location."

"My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

"Close to Oakland Mall. The staff are nice but the motel itself smells heavily of mildew and marijuana. Rooms are not clean."

"Horrible experience got there at 11am crashed they had put us in a room with drywall repair need on the ceiling in two spots and had some mildew and water stains still from when it’s leaked. And in the morning I tried using the restroom and the toilet seat is stained and peeling off and brown. I couldn’t sit on it for anything went downstairs and had no manager or maintenance staff to talk to. Desk person said manager will reach out to me sometime today. I took plenty of picture if anyone want...

"Room was not very clean floors needed swept n mopped. Beds are sunk in in middle so have to sleep curled up sideways in middle of bed. Hot water was kuke warm at best thrn went to turn on the lamp on wall and got shocked"

"It was terrible. People were living there and it was very dirty and sketchy looking! We didn't even stay. We opened the door, and walked right out"
