"It was so-so but not expensive... The breakfast was decent. Many pastry options, eggs, juices, fruit. We had dinner the first night, pizza and pasta - neither was good but to be fair the pizza was consistent with what we saw at other places so maybe that's how they like it (3x cheese, little sauce, finger think sausage). "I arrived solo at I Keu Ken Hostel on my first night in Argentina/Patagonia. Met great people there to hang out with. I was only there one night and it was definitely nice to arrive at a friendly hostel. The woman at the check-in desk (I forgot her name but she was from Costa Rica) was a gem. So nice, funny, and welcoming. She also made a dinner reservation for us at her friend's restaurant. He makes meals for local in his home! It was such a beautiful experience."

"Positives: The apartment was clean and business was well run. Communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive. Negatives: The bathroom needs updating. I would have preferred a hot breakfast but the breakfast tray ( included a variety of breads, pastries, OJ, milk, cereal, and a small plate of ham and cheese) was adequate. Walls are thin. "Beautiful view from property. Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room. Radiator in room broken/not functioning. No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions. Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs."
