"Staff was very kind. I was hoping to use a crib during our stay, but there wasn't one available. They were apologetic and seemed like they cared about the inconvenience. Available cribs were one of the main reason I chose this hotel. The room had quite a bit of makeup or another light brown substance smeared on the door, light switch, and clock. "The location is (as you can easily tell on a map) outside of Nashville so you will be driving/ride-sharing in if Broadway etc is your destination, but it's walkable (20 mins) to the Opry (5-8) to Nashville Palace and some good bars/food options. Hotel is what you'd expect - clean, comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. It was quiet at night and felt safe arriving back late at night. All in all a very pleasing stay."
