"We had no tv for the night and all the next day. They brought a new tv withiut a remote then had to wait for them to bring a remote and set it up that took over an hour.microwave no plate on the inside, couldnt use that. The door didn't have a safety lock. We had a toddler that kept opening the door and running out. The door unlocked when you pulled on it and being in the third and second floor that was an issue for us. The windows had plexi glass, they kept moving."

"Breakfast setup was well organized. Real plates & cups were an extra nice touch. The food and variety was great. No complaints. No shuttle on Sunday or Monday was disappointing, and seemed staffing on those days were minimal as well. A lot of waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Our sofa bed was badly stained and the tv wouldn’t allow access to Netflix even though it was advertised as available. When I asked about it I was told to go to ch# 2. No such channel…."

"Breakfast was excellent! The hotel was clean, but overall, the property needs a refresh. It’s dark inside the lobby, and rooms. "

"The room was clean and staff were all courteous. We stayed on the first floor which is a first for me. It was a little noisy given that the parking lot was right outside my window, the ice machine was one door away, and I could hear the people on the 2nd floor so I wouldn't recommend it. The room was clean but there was dehumidifier running in the hallway and the room had a bit of an old smell. You can tell it's an old property that they threw some paint and new fixtures in. The breakfast was good and fresh. It was comparable to your typical continental breakfast. It's in a good location basically across from the Opryland Hotel. Overall, not a bad place to stay but I am unlikely to stay here again."

"The place is so big that it is hard to navigate. There are maps in various locations, but it would be nice if they were clearer to understand. Disappointed that when we took a shower the hot water ran out."
