"Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us."

"The room was great. It’s large with a kitchen and living area with a couch and desk. It was clean. The toilet paper was horrible! Very thin and scratchy. The tissue paper was ok. If you have a big beautiful well equipped studio suite why would there be such cheap toilet paper? The breakfast buffet was ok. I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. "A good restaurant is next door. Easy to walk from Lobby. Also bus to Opry was great and only $10 por person. Fresh yogurt machine and fixings were very good for breakfast."

"I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!"

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"The room was clean, it was nice to have extra open space with the apartment feel, lots of counter space, and convenient that the shower and toilet were split up in separate enclosed doors. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough for anything frozen. The community microwave we used a couple times when we were on our way out. The locks were confusing that they flash red and we didn’t always hear it unlock… knowing it does that in advance would be helpful. Loved supporting a good...

"Clean and quiet"

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."
