"Pod location, instructions were all good, also the adventure parc was just beside the pods, loads of private parking. Our pod heating wasn't working and i tried different options to see if it starts working, no luck. I tried contacting the emergency staff who works at the next hotel, the staff said they are very busy and will try and come to check.
