"Always like this hotel - and the staff have always been helpful.
When i requested a quiet room they moved me to a room overlooking the garden area . All good, clean and comfy, complimentary water etc.
They seem to have removed real ales from the bar which is a shame - although fantastic bar opposite in the station so not a biggy!"

"Good quiet location a few minutes walk to the city centre. Our room was clean and spacious but very scuffed around the edges. The bed was really hard and, as I have a lower back problem, I didn't get much sleep. The coffee and croissants each morning were an added bonus.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but one person was a bit surly.
Car parking was £15 per night, not overly expensive, but most of the spaces were very tight to get into.
Overall a reasonable place to stay."
