"The hotel was great."

"Front desk staff was just awful. Check in is at 3pm, none of my party could check in till after 4 pm & another after 5. That is not acceptable at all. But quick to point out check out time. There was a woman working the front desk & she couldn’t get the keys right either. So not only did we check in late, when we got to our room the key wasn’t working. Unacceptable for “Hilton “ property."

"The front desk was closed when we arrived so we couldn't get into the lobby. It would have been helpful to know about that when planning our trip. We tried to use the kiosk in the entry to check in but it was awful and didn't work. Finally a maintenance person or something let us in and eventually someone came to check us in. The towels were all stained so we asked the front desk to replace them and they did and were nice about it. We saw from signs posted around that we needed a parking pass so...
