"This was a terrible experience. We arrived very early in the day, not offered an early check in. Treated like we had the plague, with our small dog. Very expensive stay for less than 24 hours to enjoy our room, because of our dog paid extra and would not extend check out even a hour without paying. Yes you have a captured audience!!! Your rude staff should get some training!!! I will never stay at any of your resorts again, shame on you!!! "

"My stay was only for one night. I chose this hotel based on online reviews and because it is a small property. However, I found the cleanliness to be lacking: the hallways were completely wet, and the bedding in the room did not look fresh or clean. The sheets were wrinkled and even had small orange spots on them. Additionally, there were not enough towels in the bathroom and no body soap provided for the shower. This hotel is not cheap, so I felt I paid far too much money for what I actually...

"Gym is good, has a cable machine, free weights, benches, and cardio equipment. Breakfast was top tier for a free included meal. Pool area always stocked with towels and clean, even had some pool toys. The area is also great away from the craziness of pigeon forge so a nice place to relax after a busy day. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and well equipped. I'd absolutely stay again"

"The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. I waited about 45mins and no maid came. I took...

"5 Star in ignoring their visitors, your needs are only based on how they want it to be. Sent my son to get some towels, he was turned around because we were schedules for a room clean already just wait. We left for the day came back that night no towels, room still looked the same. Customer needs are not urgent they feel like it is."
