"When checking in, the person at the desk took a personal call and had me waiting, then proceeded to struggle to tell me what I actually owed and was speaking to me like I was stupid. He ended up doing a bunch of separate charges on my card, making it decline, which made the check in process more complicated. Our room also had roaches, and when I mentioned it to the front desk at check out, they said that they’d call pest control, and that was it. they didn’t offer anything to me for the honestly...

"You get what you pay for sure but floors were dirty and housekeeping didn't come once during the 5 days we were there which is kinda gross in my opinion; mind you we weren't being dirty but the lack of trash being taken out or clean towels (had to go to the office to ask) with 3 people and 4 hot days after a music festival.... well eww. Other than the housekeeping issue and dirty floors it wasn't bad"

"I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible "

"Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car"

"The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay."

"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning...

"Place was a mess. Stains on bedding , walls with cracks in it. They don’t offer any breakfast options. Parking lot was pothole city. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"Entire hotel under renovation. Lobby has nothing in it- active construction site. No breakfast offered because of this. No pool. Had reservation cancelled twice due to over bookings from third party Expedia. Was put into a room where the headboard had fallen off the wall, the bathroom had mold, the shower head sprayed water out of the side all over the wall, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fan in the bathroom hanging out of the ceiling, and the best part…NO Toilet Seat. After...

"Only a few elevators were working and it was extremely busy. The breakfast buffet was not good and definitely not worth $20. The staff was friendly and the room was clean."

"The pool was in operable and it looked like it had been that way for a while. Curtains in the room were ripped and hanging off the rack. Front desk took a while to get from the back. If something as major as the pool isn’t working then that should be noted so you can book somewhere else. Also there is only one way in and one way out. So maneuvering is difficult "

"The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was like the pictures they put online were not the rooms at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink still had hair in it. There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again."
