"Everything was nice just seem like nacey wasnt to friendly"

She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. "Room was a good value. Mix up at check in so ended up with 2 beds instead of a king. Staff was friendly. Pool was closed. Killed one roach but all hotels have some running around."

"Everything was excellent !"

"The basics of the motel were covered, but the AC unit in the room was stuck on "constant fan" all night, and cranking up the heat didn't seem to change the temperature of the blowing air. Also, the Direct TV service was weak, causing lots of buffering issues while watching television, and the WiFi connection was spotty and weak, making it difficult to work effectively. I understand it's a budget hotel, but there are some minimum basics that should be handled and covered."
