It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice,...

"Beautiful and clean.False advertising on ju l y 4th about food all day on lawn,this food was 25 dollars for 1 hot dog and 1 burger.Also when husband could get desk to answer about cabana rentals no one knew I f any where available then stated already reserved.I sat next to 3 all weekend with noone in them,it would of been beneficial for my breathing issues and over all health.My advise would be find the correct answers rather than lying because you don't know..I will not return as a guest...

"Nice hotel and spacious. Staff are professional and courteous. Hotel near Barefoot Landing and Broadway at Myrtle Beach. I stayed a week and had a great time. Restaurant downstairs food was delicious."

On the downside, while the room was clean, there were definitely repairs that needed to happen. The baseboard in the bathroom was peeling off. The showerhead was not great. The rack for hanging our clothes on (because you didn’t get an actual closet; just a wire rack like you didn’t have a college dorm) was falling off the wall. "I’m not usually one to complain about much but I was not impressed with my stay here. I booked two non smoking rooms, one stunk of stale cigarettes and the other was ok. The lady that checked us in had the personality of a wet dish rag and was not friendly at all. In our bathroom the bar that holds the shower curtain rod in place had missing screws so the bar drooped in the middle therefore causing the curtain to stay in the center making showering without getting water on the floor impossible....

"The air conditioner barely works and no bathroom fan. Who wants to smell someone else poop. The parking was so bad and so small "

"This stay was wonderful and my kids had an amazing time. We did notice that the room felt very damp when we entered with a smell. We did have a mishap at one of the food places on site where they forgot our order and we ended up waiting over an hour. But staff was very kind and apologetic. Overall it was a really good stay with beautiful views."
