Fabulous service. Delicious restaurant on property. Beautiful property! Nice location away from hustle and bustle. Be prepared for some aggressive mosquitos.

Was not impressed they charged extra if you are 2 in the room especially when nothing was included with the room. It had a queen bed so 1 or 2 people makes no difference at all for them. Then i used the beach chairs at night to be told they wanted the seat covers since they were closing. Asked if I could return my cover once I was done but instead got declined. In the end they left me have the cover. Then service to beach not existent. All in all customer service is extremely bad. As for room it was great plus hotel is also a gem. If you plan to just sleep without expecting service it's the perfect place but as soon as you require any service. It become an uphill battle. This is why 2 stars is at max.

Dear Marc,Thank you for the visit and the time you dedicated for this message.Platform has a gral template, as facebook or instagram does, what changes is what you choose. A sea view suite, a room for two or three..or only one.. everything is important for your is what shall be considered when make the reservation. As your significant other mentioned, is not the first time this occurs to you. We understand that vacations us hurry or excitement and therefore misreading about what you are willing to pay vs what to are going to get. I personally went that night to let you know we were closing and the beach cushion were removed, except yours and your companion told you the same, was a courtesy from purside to inform you, never to making you stop for using the facilities.Wish you the best for the upcoming festivities!

Quiet and Comfortable
Very nice, clean hotel at the quiet end of Mahajual. No cruise ship tourists so the beach across the street was pretty much private. The breakfast was very good and the food for snacks and dinner was excellent (surprisingly excellent pizza - also try the eggplant). The staff was friendly and attentive but sometimes there might not be anyone at the desk who speaks English. They will use Google Translate to navigate through any issues, however. They were all very accommodating.

No tiene playa adecuada, el sargazo hace el agua negra y el olor es muy fuerte e incomodo, se recomienda ir a un beach club alejado de este hotel (el Noah muy recomendable) tienen muy lumitadasbopciones de cocina y te responden esto se tiene que comer de manera grosera. No se recomienda.

Entendemos que la impresión inicial con el sargazo puede ser diferente alo esperado, sin embargo fue testigo que hacemos todos los dias, todos en nuestro poder para recolectarlo..el precio siempre será la erosión de la playa. Por ello la invitación a consumir menos ,será siempre la invitación para seguir disfrutando de sus vacaciones preferidas. Deseamos que hayan vuelto a casa mas felices y renovados.

Never been before at Mahahual, it is far away distant driving but worth it, its a pleasant, quite, relaxing and peaceful place. Morning sun raisin is amazing. At hotel, staff are very concentrate in their tasks, it is administrated by local and italians that gave you a mix of well cultural work to provide a very organized place, you can stay calm and have nice walks along beach. Food its amazing (italian-mexican caribbean), rooms very comfortable, instalations all what you need n staff very friendly, I have a great welcome at my arriving, I will come back soon!!

Nice hotel across from beach. Did not spend any time on beach at hotel as chair cushions were all damp. Room great however sure miss having a small fridge in room to keep beer cold. Ssecond small bed rickidy and needs to be replaced. Staff very nice.
