Directly on the beach. Newer hotel. Very clean. However--No pool. No elevator. No parking. Restaurant overpriced compared to nearby restaurants. Very small window in the room. Kettle in the room to make instant coffee was set up with no outlet. Restaurant staff was friendly, but hotel staff was indifferent.

MUY BUEN LUGAR
El hotel es reciente, esta en muy buen estado, tiene restaurante y aunque el menú es limitado la comida es deliciosa. El club de playa esta super lindo. Por mejorar: EL INTERNET, el wi fi es bastante malo y eso sumado a la mala señal que ofrece TELCEL, es desesperante. La señorita de recepción debe mejorar su actitud, es amable pero no da la informaciòn mìnima necesaria para un turista.

Me gusta mucho por su limpieza, su estilo, su comida, su beach club, el servicio es muy bueno. Lo único que no me gustó en esta segunda visita es las moscas. No cuenta con ventiladores de techo en su restaurante y terrazas. Si colocaran ventiladores de techo eso ayudaría con el problema de las moscas e invitaría a pasar más tiempo en sus áreas de consumo lo cual incrementaría su consumo de bebidas como mínimo. Este fin de semana hizo un calor insoportable y aun cuando me gusta mucho su área de estar, el calor es insoportable. En la noche preferimos irnos a la habitación cuando bien pudimos habernos quedado en el bar y consumir. Bueno, es solo una sugerencia. La playa no es su mayor atractivo pero su beach club es "chic", agradable, limpio, super servicio y casi no había niños como en otros beach clubs. A nosotros nos encantó y seguré regresando.

En general muy bien, los empleados muy amables. La que fue muy intransigente fue la gerente recepcionista, ya que le solicité cambio de habitación más cercano a la Laguna y por un problema en mi pie por la lesión que me hice en otro hotel y le pedí por ser socio silver y me dijo que para ella no significa nada lo que dicen Hoteles . com. Tampoco me quiso dar una hora más de salida teniendo la posibilidad de hacerlo. Muy mala actitud tuvo. Lástima del lugar que representa.

Probably the nicest hotel in Mahahual
The hotel is really fresh and pretty and the staff was really friendly. Its location is also great and they take really good care of the beach. The beach club is beautiful and the restaurant has really good food. The staff was really friendly too. The only down side is that the rooms are a bit bunker-like and they are somewhat noisy. Other than that, it is probably the best place to stay at in Mahahual.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and easily some of the best food we had on our trip to Riviera and Costa Maya. (Fyi, they're working on an elevator, so if you have affiliated disabilities, make sure to let them know.)

Le concessionnaire restaurateur contrôle l’espace plage. Aussi certaines chambres en condominium échappent à l’autorité de l’hôtelier. N’y cherchez pas la tranquilité de la plage pour lire.

Great views from the sky level, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was having to wear the stupid bracelet like a toddler to get into beach area. Seems like you should be able to just show your hotel key. Speaking of which, it certainly could be smaller. It's tied to a 4x3 slab of wood with your room number on it. So if you do manage to lose it, it will be easy to access your room 😳

This property is definitely in the TOP of hotels in the Mahahual area! We had a room with a large terrace, with a partial ocean view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire experience, from checking in with Yenny, the friendly property manager, to having a delicious omelet breakfast, with cappuccino, in the attached restaurant, far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully designed, and decorated. The location is just 5 minute walk to Amigos Del Mar Dive shop, which was a perfect location for our group. I should also add that the shower had excellent pressure, and hot water. There is no elevator, but the manager was quick to offer an assistant to help us carry our luggage up to our rooms. Overall this was an amazing experience, and we will be back!

No hay elevador ni personal que te ayude con las maletas . No sirve el WIFI y no había agua caliente en las habitaciones. El uso de toallas es limitado a una por persona por día , si necesitas más debes pagar. El personal no es accesible ni amable. El club de playa está bien pero está junto a un depósito de zargazo y huele muy mal. La comida y precios está bien.

Not as perfect as presented
First the good: the site is beautiful, the location amazing as well as the staff. We had problems with spotty to no internet, no sitting area in the unit and the “valley view” was an “alley view” of discarded items.

Es un espacio agradable lo que no me gusto es la parte administrativa, al hacer el check inn no te piden dejar voucher abierto entonces te piden depósito por toallas y demás.

Transformer blew…no cold air conditioning or fridg
No air conditioning during entire stay, transformer blew and we had limited power, hotel changed rooms but no air conditioning and no power to fridge or wall plugs, they didn’t give us anything for the inconvenience, couldn’t sleep in the heat… took away our ac remotes so we wouldn’t run the fans on the non working ac units, nice people, good location, miserable stay

María de recepción es lo máximo. El hotel muy lindo y el club de playa es maravilloso. La comida rica. Solamente comentaría que todo se escucha en las habitaciones; conversaciones de las hab vecinas, portazos etc. Tuve problemas para dormir en dos ocasiones por esa causa.

Mala atención para los mexicanos
El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones amplias y muy cuidadas. Sin embargo, el servicio de restaurante y club de playa que están dentro del hotel ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he tenido, ha pesar de ser huésped del hotel , el servicio que le dan a los mexicanos es deplorable. Están enfocados a los extranjeros y la atención es dedicada a ellos, incluso tuvimos la mala experiencia de que nos preguntaran si queríamos que nos devolvieran nuestra cambio una vez pagada la cuenta y a pesar de que se tardaron en atendernos. En general fueron muy elitistas y racistas.

The room was clean but had only one tiny window. I always find it curious when a hotel is quite empty, and someone checks in - wouldn't you give them an upgrade just to impress them with how good your rooms can be? No luck here. It was clean but really could you a coffee maker at minimum.
