"My room, 103, was next to the mechanical room. It was noisy. There was no hot water for a shower. The staff stated there was leak. It wasn't fixed before I had to leave."

"Room was clean but the tv selections were limited, the walls thin and the AC very noisy. The staff were outstanding and helped me recover some personal items we left behind quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was simple, but good."

"The hotel is very dark and outdated. The ceiling was peeling in our room. Our key never worked to get in the building or in our room. I am thankful that at least it was clean. Not worth the money."

"The AC in my room was not working properly. Went down to the desk multiple times to ask if 68 was the lowest the air would go. They sent up a technician who said it would kick on in ten minutes and cool down. After waiting almost twenty minutes, the room did not cool down more. Went back down to the desk and they said they would once again send someone up. No one came up and it was already after 1 am. Was offered Hilton honors points if I was a member but I’m not.
