"Overall, the room was extremely clean and well kept.
The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming.
Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious.
The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated.
Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property.
It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

"Disappointing experience and misleading room description
We booked a room for 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids) as the listing stated the room accommodated that capacity. However, upon check-in, we were given a room with only 2 double beds, which is entirely inadequate for a family of our size.
Additionally, the check-in process felt highly unprofessional. The manager informed us they did not have keys available and had to personally escort us to the room to let us in, which made our family feel...
