"I had an incredible stay at this lovely beautifully restored Villa. Great location with an easy walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping and the train station. From the train station you can catch the bus to Portofino. The hosts are gracious, warm and friendly. Enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Villa’s patio overlooking the sea and harbor. "

Très bonne literie. Seul petit bémol une fenêtre qui donne peu de clarté mais une terrasse commune aux 3 chambres permet de profiter de la vue"

"The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place. As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. "

"The property is a quaint no frills B&B with an awesome host Robert and his wonderful mom. It's very quite. The room was spacious; the bathroom was not attached to the room but that was not an issue. Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. Most of our time is spent away from any property so we don't need much to satisfy us; the property met our needs, The train station for trips to Cinque Terry is...

"If I could give this property 20 stars I would. Tucked in the hills, about 45 minutes inland from La Spezia, this beautiful B&B offered exceptional service, comfort and tranquility. The property, described by the lovely host as a 1000 year old "borgo" or small village, has been meticulously renovated with exquisite attention to detail. "As all the other reviews have mentioned, the property is located on a hillside with spectacular views. Our room was for 3 people and the only view from the room was through the wooden blinds over a window. "

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
