"I have traveled all over the world. Hands-down, this was one of the cleanest hotels with one of the best breakfasts the staff, including, Eli we’re absolutely phenomenal Ally in the breakfast was great. This was located near Ayala shopping center and three other malls. They had one of the best breakfasts. It was one of the most respectful staff members I had met and I stated more than 12 hotels while in the Philippines. I would highly recommend this to any foreign or domestic visitor in the Makati area."

"Great location, situated above Glorietta shopping mall which is convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet provided lots of variety - really enjoyed the hot noodle station option and eggs made to order. However, you need dine before 10am, as they don't replenish many foods after then. The Club lounge is pleasant, but seating is limited. Although happy hour runs till 8pm, they don't replenish food options after 730pm, so you need to be early. Thanks to Ana for her hospitality! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower head pressure is sometimes weak. Overall, an enjoyable stay - would recommend!"

"First stay at Citadines Benavidez Makati and was pleasantly surprised with the complete room amenities. The washer/dryer combo machine was excellent! Some concerns during my stay: First issue is the access to their WiFi. Only one gadget can connect. I reported this issue to guest services. Second issue, long wait time before guest services pickup the phone. Third, no air conditioning in the floor after getting out of the elevator."
