"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. "Rooms were relatively clean, but our bath shower had moisture and mold at the bottom corners Game / TV / Breakfast Common room was good, but did close nightly at 10:00 pm because rooms are above. No pool or hot tub. Hot tub would be a huge bonus. Hecklers comedy / night club is right across the road. Breakfast was basic and did the job. Endless special coffees were a definite bonus and much appreciated. Would stay there again :)"
