The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! "We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "

"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key.
