"Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back."

Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. "The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. "

"The Mountain view rooms could use updating to the level of the Lake view rooms. The rooms themselves are dated and lack the resort feel on the Lake view rooms. But over all, this is a beautiful spot to be. Night time just look purely romantic along with Sky Ranch being right next door, makes it even better. "
