"I booked 1 room two different times but for the same weekend! The day I was arriving they called me and told me they were canceling my reservations! Mind you i booked over 6 months in advance ...they said they were overbooked the day I was supposed to be there! I live in Central New York and was traveling down there! I will never ever make a reservation at this place!"

"Didn't even stay at the property as far as I know they're still charging us we checked in turned on air conditioning which should have been on. We went out for the evening , came back only to find black stuff over the chair and ottoman which probably came from Air conditioning could not and would not stay went to the office told the employee we were leaving showed her the problem we were having she went checked out the room and said she would talk to her manager about a refund haven't heard...

"The hotel is right off the Boardwalk no need to use your car for the beach or boardwalk. Pool was clean and water warm with a hot tub attached. Rooms were clean and updated. The covered porch had rockers for relaxing after a day at the beach. The only drawback was at times you could hear your neighbors TV or loud talking. Would recommend the hotel!"

"The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. The location is excellent , about a block or two to the beach and also to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking is included, as are 2 beach tags. The pool is great and a nice feature. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend."

"When we got to our room I noticed there was a shower cap covering the smoke detector and the room had a musty smell. In hind sight I should have just asked for a new room, but when I checked in they said the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t think it would be possible. The pool was nice for my kids, but there were really rowdy and loud kids in the pool past 10 pm screaming and kicking a soccer ball all throughout the walkway by our door. The renovations are nice, however it is an older hotel...

"From the lobby to our room itself, the hotel was very clean and the inside had all been updated. We got a King Bed Room (Rm14) and it was very spacious with a large closet, a mini-fridge, and a microwave in it. The bathroom was on the small side but very clean and met our needs. The bathroom had a standing shower only, no bath-tub. The pool yard is small but convenient and clean. Michael is the new owner and he was very helpful and nice to talk with. We arrived earlier than check-in time and...
