"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The place is nice, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
A special thank-you to Manal from housekeeping. She kept our room very clean and was so kind, professional, and thoughtful. Her care and warm personality made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and we really appreciated her efforts.
The pool could also have been cleaner, and the water was very cold. Adding a heating option during cooler weather would make it more comfortable...

"This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time.
The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and...

"The Hyatt Centric was recommended by our world traveling friends, and was a great place for us to start our Egypt adventures. The hotel is large, new, clean, and has a huge pool, but alas the pool closed before we could properly enjoy it. If you're considering this hotel, you may appreciate that it's located within a secure business park compound, with the Giza pyramids an easy 15 Uber ride away. Others may find the business park setting a bit sterile, and un-walkable, other than across the...
